PARISIAN DAYS
As she chooses a seat outside a cafe in Paris, she carefully takes her time to browse the menu. Today she’s craving something sweet after a long afternoon spent exploring the city streets. She decides to go with her classic order, treating herself to a café latte and pain au chocolat. She takes this time to unwind and enjoy this little moment from the bustle of the city, admiring the picturesque view through the lenses of her tinted sunglasses.
Paris has become one of her most beloved travel destinations. She recalls her time spent as a little girl, fantasizing about all the new cities she wanted to visit outside of her own little world. She dreamed of having her very own Breakfast at Tiffany’s moment, capturing photos of the city’s most iconic spots, and getting to overhear conversations filled with languages other than her own. While she sips on her coffee that tastes just as heavenly as she remembered, she smiles to herself, as she realizes what were once dreams have become her reality.
Traveling has become everything to her. She always found beauty in the unknown, never knowing where each day would take her or who she would meet along the way. She particularly enjoys the little things the most. Today, it’s that very first bite of her croissant, savoring every single taste. Or her brief chat with the locals sitting beside her at the cafe right as she finishes up. It was always so fascinating to hear their stories and catch a glimpse into the Parisian lifestyle that she was so fond of.
Her journey through Paris was never an escape from reality, but a way to broaden her own. She feels confident and free here, without an ounce of stress on her mind. She plans to finish her day with some shopping along Rue Saint-Honoré, followed by a glass of sparkling rosé on her balcony overlooking the City of Light. She wonders what tomorrow will bring, but is sure to take in every minute of today.
