RENAISSANCE MAKEUP

One of the best summer activities is spending an afternoon in an air-conditioned museum looking at the beautiful portraits and landscapes. Whether that means traveling abroad to see a specific renaissance era painting or going to a local spot, art is the perfect inspiration for a makeup look. I mean, why wouldn’t we want to look like the women in these beautifully displayed art pieces that people travel around the world to see?

Skincare

Ah, the skincare routine. Although some makeup looks require specific products to help makeup stay on our faces all day long without moving, the renaissance look is not one of them, which makes it perfect for summer! Keep it simple because we don’t want any pilling, which means the makeup and skincare doesn’t set correctly on our skin and flakes off.

Makeup

We don’t need a full-coverage foundation for this look since we want to see our freckles and natural skin as much as possible while feeling confident about ourselves.
