REEF TRAVEL SUNSCREEN
When I begin traveling, one of the places that I'm excited to see was the ocean. One of my favorite locations to eventually travel to is the Florida Keys, specifically Key West until I am able to travel to Bali. My goal is to soak up the sun, visit different sites, swim in the ocean, and make memories with friends.
One of the best things to do when in the Florida Keys is participate in ocean dives to see the marine life that you are unable to see on the surface. Even though I do not plan to dive while traveling to different oceanic areas, I am going to dip my toes in.
One of the main concerns I have before going swimming in any body of water is to make sure that leave behind as little damage as possible for those who inhabit the water. Another concern is to make sure that I apply sunscreen during summer, but a must is one that does not feel oily. In the end, I hope to find a sunscreen that protects my skin and marine life.
If you are similar to me and burn easily, it is crucial to find a sunscreen that works for your skin, is non-oily, and for me, is safe for the oceans. One of the best sunscreens that I have found is PLAY Everyday Lotion SPF 50 with Sunflower Extract by Supergoop!, which I recently found out is reef safe. Supergoop! also has different lip balms and lipsticks that will help keep your lips safe during your travels. My favorite is Lipshade 100% Mineral SPF 30 Hydrating Lipstick in shade: lucky me.
In recent years, the Florida Keys joined other locations, such as Hawaii, parts of Mexico, and other popular travel locations.
Sunscreen is such an important part of a summer's skin routine, especially when traveling.
