EYE LOVE

I know that for some people, dark circles, expression lines and puffiness can be uncomfortable and often get in the way when doing makeup. However, you must keep in mind that these issues can be caused by your own routines, such as food, sun exposure, an unregulated sleep routine, and dehydration. Sleeping well, drinking lots of water, and using sunscreen seem like simple everyday tasks that we often don't pay enough attention to, but play a large part in defining the quality of our skin. Believe me, I also did not understand the importance of a healthy routine until some years ago.

If you are already up to date with these three steps and still have difficulty improving the eye area, rest assured that there are still some skincare steps that can help you. The area under the eyes is naturally dryer and thinner than the rest of the face, making it easier to build up fine lines. To hydrate this area, use under-eye patches three times a week, followed by an eye cream. While the serum of the patches is acting, massage with the Jade roller to help with local circulation, helping to drain the accumulated liquid, (especially in the morning) reducing the puffiness.

For those who suffer from dark circles, the ideal choice is to use a serum with caffeine, a great antioxidant that improves local circulation and decreases the darker color. Keeping the eye area always hydrated with active ingredients like caffeine will

greatly alleviate or even eliminate these issues over time. Remember that the important thing about skincare is the routine, always to be completed every day to guarantee the perfect results.
