BEAUTY PRODUCTS WORTH THE SPLURGE

I know it can be tough to justify shelling out twenty bucks for just one beauty item, but let me tell you, sometimes these products are truly worth the investment.

Fenty Beauty ProFilt’r Matte Longwear Foundation ($40)

If you’re looking for a flawless foundation that won’t crack or feel heavy during the day, then this foundation is for you. This foundation has 59 shades with a wide range of undertones included. This is the first brand that I was able to match my skin color exactly and I’ve heard the same with others who tried many other foundations before this one. This product also lasts much longer than other foundation brands because a little goes a long way and it’s extremely full coverage.

Fresh Rose & Hyaluronic Acid Deep Hydration Moisturizer ($46)

This moisturizer was once within a birthday kit at Sephora that I tried out and ever since then I’ve been wanting to get it again and I finally did because my first experience with this moisturizer is that it got rid of my really bad acne and dark spots from previous acne. This moisturizer feels so fresh and hydrating and it also smells so good. This is also another product that a little goes a long way. I use just a tiny dot and it covers my entire face.

Tatcha The Luminous Dewy Skin Mist ($49)

This setting spray has always ensured that my makeup lasts all day. It also allows you to blend out your makeup even more after spraying to ensure that none of it will lift during the day. I got mine within a Tatcha kit that Sephora was selling, which they still sell a mini favorite set for $68, which is not bad considering how much a full size would cost on it’s own, but this skin mist is worth the splurge on it’s own if you’re looking for a really good setting spray that also makes your skin glow.

TRULY Acai Your Boobies Lifting Boob Polish ($31.90)

This product by TRULY is one of my favorites. It smells amazing and has a silky smooth texture. It has a few scrubbing beads within so it also feels like a body scrub as well. It leaves your skin feeling smooth and fresh after the shower. Over the years it has gone up in price, but this is something I would buy again because what I’ve found with this product along with the others is a little does go a long way.

Falscara Lengthening Lash Starter Kit ($24.99)

This product can become pricy with all the different lashes Kiss had released to go with this product, but that’s only if you’d rather fuller lashes than the ones in the kit. The one good thing about this kit is that all the products that come with it last longer than the amount of lashes that come in it so if you do go out and buy more lashes for this product you’ll already have the essentials you need to achieve your lash extensions look. Within this kit you’ll get a seal and bond, an overnighter 10-day sealer, 24 wisps, an applicator, and a remover. If you remove these wisps properly you should be able to use them again for another 10-days after cleaning.

There are many more products that are worth the splurge, but each of these products I use when I’m doing my makeup and I’ve found them really effective and true to what they say they do and I find that important when selecting a pricy brand to try out.
