The first step to preparing for an amazing night is to find the perfect night-out makeup look. After your makeup is done and you look beautiful, you are ready to get dressed and pack your bag with all makeup essentials and other necessities. In my purse, I will not forget my Lipstick, Perfume, gum, a disposable camera, and of course, my ID.
I am starving and know the perfect place for drinks and food. I have already made my reservation at El Rio Grande NYC in Murray Hill, which is the hot spot for a young crowd. It is a delicious Mexican restaurant with a million options on the menu. The atmosphere and environment were a vibe you would not want to miss out on. The place was packed with people ages 21 and up having the time of their lives. Of course, my friend and I ordered nachos, but we needed to order separately because she is Vegan! The restaurant was understanding and prepared a vegan nacho appetizer for her. We couldn’t forget to order plain chips and guac on the side. Oh no, did we order too much food… probably! Oh well, it’s for the memories and the pictures. We got a chicken quesadilla and a veggie burrito for our main course. On the side, of course, we both got their delicious strawberry margarita.
After we were full from our meal, we decided to go to a rooftop bar. I knew the perfect place. JIMMY bar was only a 21-minute drive away, but it was worth it for the most stunning view of NYC from high above. This bar was more located near SOHO, but it was also fun to hop around NYC to find the best exciting vibes for you! The view was absolutely to die for, and would you look at that other bar!
We all laughed, took in the warm breeze, and took out the disposable camera to capture these memories to look back on later on. I quickly reapplied my lip gloss, and now I was picture perfect. Smile! We all said and took the snapshot. God, I love NYC. What’s next for tonight?
