It's that time again when we prepare ourselves for the upcoming event: Valentine's Day! Now, although this particular holiday can seem somewhat daunting and stressful, it definitely does not have to be that way. Valentine's day is not only reserved for romantic relationships, but for every relationship, we have in our lives, especially the one we have with ourselves!

In preparation for this lovely holiday, I challenge you to have some fun. One way to do this is to create a special makeup look that you will love, just in time for the big heart day.

For the first look idea, the goal is to maintain a very natural face with a bold lips. Creating the perfect classy, yet simple makeup look that would be perfect for a date night with your significant other or a fun dinner with the friends you love. Finally, glide on a little mascara, and finish off the look with a beautiful and bold red lip.

After completing your normal base of makeup, bring some focus towards your eyes! To start, pick your favorite black eyeliner in order to highlight one of our best features. Next, your favorite waterproof mascara to ensure it lasts you through the night. And lastly, the show-stopping eyeshadow look that will elevate your makeup to the next level. Go in with a gold shimmer in order to spice up your regular look and you will be ready for a fun night out on the town!
