THE MAGIC OF TEA

Think of the most beautiful place you have ever been in your entire life.

What comes to mind?
Is it an island getaway? Maybe a tranquil lake surrounded by luscious trees and flowers? Or a discreet, humble location in the mountains?

Nature can be so overwhelmingly beautiful that it opens your heart and mind to go deep within your soul. It may lead you to ask more questions about the nature of this world and how everything untouched is somehow so perfect.

Nature in itself is magic…

From the plants and flowers, nature has given us to the incredible complexity of the human body, it is only natural to be in awe of such creations. Life in itself is a beautiful mystery.

Mother earth has given us all we need to heal. Every cold, every dis-ease, and every ailment can be healed with nature and the power of believing…

Nature in itself is magic… Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

Our physical, mental, and emotional health is impacted by 3 main things: Food, stress, and sleep.

How we live, how we eat, and how we take care of ourselves physically, mentally, and emotionally will determine our well-being.

From physical dis-ease, to mental dis-ease, to emotional dis-ease, there is nothing herbs and nature cannot heal (in addition to making other lifestyle changes).

As the father of modern medicine said, “Let food by thy medicine and medicine by thy food” - Hippocrates.

“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food”

-Hippocrates

In the mountainous regions of Greece grows a plant called “Sideritis.” Commonly known as ironwort, Greek Mountain Tea, or Shepherd’s tea, Sideritis received its name from the Greek word for iron, “sideros.” The Ancient Greeks used this plant to heal wounds caused by iron weapons during battle.  The plant has many medicinal and healing properties.

Greek Mountain tea contains high levels of antioxidants, polyphenols, and flavonoids. The herb boosts immunity, improves digestion, anxiety and depression, ADHD, and is tremendously beneficial for the lungs. It also helps to lower blood pressure, cholesterol, and even prevent cognitive ailments such as Alzheimer's disease and dementia.

A staple in every Greek home, this tea is as magical and medicinal as it claims to be. Try it for yourself and enjoy the many benefits of good health that come with each sip :)
