THE 2023 PARIS REVIEW

During one of the coldest weeks to hit Paris this year, celebrities from every corner booked their flights to the city of love for the unforgettable Haute Couture Week. Fashion week in Paris is about style and class, whether you are a model on the runway, or a guest in the audience anxiously anticipating and analyzing each designer's creative visions.

One of the biggest show stopping moments of this year's Haute Couture week was Chanel Bridal dress. The model emerged from a large cardboard elephant on the runway of this iconic show. This set of cardboard animals also included the likes of lions and horses. Another bold move made by Chanel was the length of this collection's Bridal dress; short and cinched. The final product was a classy, beautiful, and modern spin on the classic bride. The audience was enamored by this spectacular show by Chanel, whose inspiration is said to have come from the one and only Coco Chanel herself, and the way in which she decorated her own apartment.

Another major moment from this year's Haute Couture week was the appearance of the young Iris law, daughter of British actors, Jude Law and Sadie Frost. Iris was the closing icon of the Alexandre Vauthier show, walking down the runway in a stunning black and pink statement dress with large puffy black sleeves and pink embellishments down the center. An unforgettable look for the daughter of icons.

Overall, this years week of shows seems to have been a smashing success, leaving thousands of fashion admirers in awe and perpetually inspired by the creative masterpieces presented by countless designers and displayed by gorgeous models.
